Payments are made through the Adyen payment solution, which is based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. We have chosen this payment solution because it ensures a high level of security. Adyen’s clients include: Uber, Ebay, Booking.com and Zalando.

Only the following currencies are accepted at no extra cost:

All other currencies are accepted. There are additional taxes which are to be paid by the buyer. These additional charges are due to the conversion of the currency used and are applied by your bank.

When you make a purchase, you are obliged to pay for the order. You will be debited within 24 hours of placing your order*.

*Working days and depending on the opening days of the banks involved.

When you wish to place an order, we will ask your bank.

If your payment is authorised, the order is validated. A confirmation page will appear at the end of the payment process to confirm your purchase. In addition, you will receive an e-mail confirming that the order has been validated.

If your payment is not authorised, your card will not be charged. The reason for the refusal will be indicated on the payment page.

3D-Secure
In order to optimise the security of your payments, we have implemented the 3D Secure protocol, which is a secure payment system for online purchases. It is a procedure for authenticating the cardholder, to ensure that it is them who is making the payment on the internet.

It includes the Visa and MasterCard payment method. Depending on your banking service, you will receive an authentication request from your bank to validate the payment.

Paying with Paypal
To pay via PayPal, follow these steps:
Select the PayPal payment method to be redirected to your PayPal account.
Identify yourself or create a PayPal account and validate your payment.
Once your payment is validated, you will be automatically redirected to bogarel.com
After your payment, you will receive your invoice by email, with all the details related to your order.
